Artist ProfileMarina BrownMarina began her career as a ballet dancer with Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo, and American Festival Ballet in Europe. After learning French, she spent summers in and around Paris and Toulouse. She began painting as a child; earning scholarships to John Herran Art Institute in Indianapolis. She exhibited at Mainsail and Gasparilla Art Shows; Bradfordville Blues Club; and earned "Best Emerging Artist" at Sawgrass Art Center, St. Petersburg. Elliot's "Burnt Norton" which reads in part; "at the still point of the turning world, there the dance isneither from nor towardsand do not call it fixity".
