Artwork Description

Roller Coaster is one of a series of photos taken at Dorothy Oven Park in Tallahassee, Florida at night during their Christmas light Event. The photograph is "as the shutter caught it". The seeming streaks of light were created by using a photographic technique called "Intention Camera Movement". This technique calls for rhythmic camera movement while the camera shutter is open for a long period of time (1/2-1 second).
