Quincie has been a jewelry artist for the past 17 years. Her vision for jewelry design was created by way of her upbringing and education in Anthropology and Archeology. She grew up in Hawaii and was immersed in cultural diversity at a very young age. She has always been fascinated with these cultural traditions, as well as all the colors seen in the exotic fruits and flowers. She has always had a quick eye for many details and remembers tremendous amounts of tidbits (much of which her husband hates) and so her jewelry is a combination of her life, love and desires. Hand knotted necklace composed of turquoise, carved wood, kukui nuts, jobs tears, horn, painted Chinese porcelain, dyed bone, African trade bead, vintage Bohemian glass, Opihi shell, serpentine, agate, cinnabar fish, pyrite, apple coral, and matte onyx.
